Q. I want to order the same item in the same style, color, font, and thread color but would like a different embroidery name (monogram) for each one?

A. Our system lumps together items that have more than one quanity with the same attributes (color, font, etc.) to get around this please place all of the embroidery information in the same box with commas separating the names or monograms.  You can also enter the additional names into the comments section with a note.

Q.  I would like an embroidered item that I don't currently see on your site?

A. Please email us we may have that item in stock, but have not yet added to the website.

Q. Are there other fonts available?

A. Yes, there certainly are.  We have chosen the most popular fonts to add to the drop down menus.  These fonts are the "tried and true" of the industry.  If there's another font that you prefer please email to see if it's available.
